A Story is the location within the platform where your recordings of messages and other generated content are securely saved, to be retrieved and accessed at any time. Users are encouraged to create many Stories, talking about specific moments in time, a special event or about special people in their lives. A Story is private by default unless you share it with others.

An Invite lets you request that someone else contribute content to one of your Stories. For example, you could request that a grandparent tell the story of what their childhood was like, you could request that a child tell you their happiest memory from childhood, or invite family members to say what guidance & advice is important to pass onto future generations.

A Guardian is someone you choose, who can have access to your Wishlife account in the event that you are unable to do so. You can elect multiple Guardians. We recommend choosing people that you highly trust to carry out your wishes on your behalf.

Collaboration means that you open a specific Story to others, so that you can collaborate on the Story together. We see parents for example, collaborating on a single Story for a child, or multiple family members collaborating on a single family Story that they intend to pass onto future generations.
